I picked up two pastries yesterday for my breakfast this morning. After heating them in the oven for 3 minutes, they came out perfect--flaky and light. We enjoyed both, but the coconut ube pastry stood out more than their famous spiral croissant. It wasn't too sweet, and the flavors of coconut and ube were definitely pronounced.

Been wanting to go here because of their spiral croissants! Went and bought a pistachio spiral croissant and a napoleon. Croissant was really good. Buttery and flaky! Pistachio is my favorite so can't complain. Wasn't able to try the napoleon since one of my kids ate it. lol Service was good. The young lady was really friendly and helpful. It's a cute place in Pasadena. Only complaint was parking, but not really their fault. I need to come back and try the rest of the pastries!

Delight Pastry is a hidden gem tuck away in Old Pasadena. I've been going there since their Grand Opening. This place is special for me since it's in my home town of Pasadena. When you walk in, you immediately see the display of baked items. Unlike most places, the entrance door is to the side not facing Raymond Ave. The baked items are meticulously displayed behind a large glass. Everything is perfectly displayed to give it the warm inviting feel that you're in a bake shop. There are no bake trays and rack behind the display. There's no mixing bowl or oven you can see. All you see are their baked goods and cakes. I ordered my usual... 1 butter croissant and 1 raspberry croissant. I'll eat my butter croissant plain. With the raspberry croissant, I'll make a turkey sandwich. I love the combination of sweet and savory. Of all the croissants I've tried, Delight Pastry is my favorite. They go the extra step to put my croissants in the signature pink box. I always tip them for their great service. DJ's rating 4.85/5.00 Would I come back? Definitely Yes. If you haven't tried Delight Pastry, I recommend you go to Old Town Pasadena and sample their pastries.

We were around the Pasadena area looking for a cafe, and this spot popped up. This is in old town Pasadena, so we resorted to street parking. Once you enter the restaurant, the inside is actually quite large. They have their pastries and cakes displayed at the counter. Service was quick and prompt. We got their lychee and rose croissant and their circular croissant along with another bite sized dessert to share. I think the bread was a little stale, but the taste was still good. Overall, a cute cafe to visit if you're in the area.

Delight saves the day! We have gotten pastries from here multiple times and have loved everything we've had. Fast forward to this weekend. I graduated with my master's and had a cake planned to be made by a local baker. Let's just say she ghosted us on pick up day. Scrambling to find another cake option for my celebration, I was freaking out. Until we went to delight and saw their beautiful choices of cakes. Not only are they beautiful, but they were DELICIOUS and affordable! Delight will be my go-to for cakes from now on!

Met here with a friend before hopping on a flight. Smack dab in the middle of historic downtown Pasadena! It was a great place to grab a cup of coffee. We were greeted warmly and helped right away. Their cafe is awash with blush pink, creams and pastels accented with white and gold. Delicious coffee, beautifully made. Comfy, mid-century modern couches that were perfect for a quick sit or a long study session. Their display case was full of delicious desserts I'm sad I didn't have a chance to try. Give this place a try!

Picked up a cake for Mother's Day! We ordered ahead. They actually had a good selection of cakes and other pastries ready to go for sale but we wanted to be sure and called in the order. The frosting was smooth and creamy paired well with the lightly sweet chocolate sponge. The macaron toppings and light gold leaf stencil added an elevated touch! The cake was also neatly boxed with a quality padded board, for easy removal from box and better cut experience.

Everything is 5 out of 5. Got a few selections and honestly would go everyday, if they don't break my bank. All pastry is full of layers, crispy, flaky. Anything with filling are perfect sweetness and smoothness. They are all big size. Makes a satisfying eat. Coffee is nice and smooth. Staffs are really nice, friendly, and helpful. They have 1 outdoor table. Nice, quiet, and spacious enough to hang comfortably with my dog. Parking in the street or structure. It is pasadena.
